How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our Doggie Ramps typically ship within 48 hours of ordering. Our Crates are painted to order and may take between 2-7 business days to ship, depending on demand.
How long will it take to get my package?
We do standard UPS Ground shipping on all orders which can take between 2-5 business days. Click the link to see estimated arrival times for your package.

How long does the crate take to assemble?
Our Crates take only about 15-20 minutes to assemble. The Large Crate may be easier and quicker to assemble if you have someone who can help. All tools, e.g. T10 Hand wrench, T10 Drill bit, and screws are provided along with the assembly instructions.
Can the door on the crate be removed?
Yes! We find many people like to remove the door so their dog can freely use the crate as a bed. The door comes installed on the unit so we do not provide tools for this. All you will need is a small phillips head screw driver and small wrench.
