All Orders Placed after 01/26/23 are not subjected to returns as these are all final sales. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8-5pm PST.  Orders received after 5pm PST will process the following business day.

SHIPPING

UPS does not ship on weekends and days for expedited shipping refers to business days. Expedited shipping to Canada may be delayed at the Border. This is beyond the control of either Doggie Ramps or UPS and as such we do not guarantee arrival of expedited orders within any specified time period.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Shipping damages are very rare. If you receive an item that is damaged from shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery during normal business hours 9am to 5pm PST at Email us at: info@doggieramps.com

DOG RAMP RETURN POLICY

All Orders Placed after 01/26/23 are not subjected to returns as these are all final sales.

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your Dog Ramp purchase from Pawnotch.com, you can return your order to Pawnotch for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them. 

If you have purchased a Dog Ramp from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Here's what to do:

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Acquire an RMA Number by emailing our Customer Service Team at info@doggieramps.com

Mail the return package to

Please reference your order number from your Pawnotch.com purchase. Clearly reference the RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete. Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries. Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

MODERN PEAK AND SQUARE CRATE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All of our crates ship free and are made to order. We currently have a 3-7 day lead time; however, it could be sooner. We use free 2-5 day UPS Ground Shipping on all of our orders. If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours and provide picture proof.


RETURN INFORMATION:

We do not accept returns on crates that have been assembled. Due to our pet-safe hygiene policy. We can accept returns if the product has not been assembled, you will be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
